Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mid-Level Agile Delivery Lead in Charlotte, NC. Duties Include: * Lead multiple scrum teams and manage delivery across complex initiatives * Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders (MD/SVP level) to align on priorities and progress * Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and QA leads to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-project communication * Align with Product Analysts and Managers to define and deliver product roadmaps * Conduct gap analysis between current and future state technologies * Support implementation by coordinating with solution integrators and reviewing project artifacts * Document and demonstrate new system/software features to stakeholders * Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency * Ensure smooth transition of solutions to Production Operations and Support teams * Drive a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion
