Wells Fargo is seeking a Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management Senior Manager as part of Market Coverage in the Commercial Bank. This role will lead a team responsible for the underwriting and portfolio management activities of Mid-Corporate sized companies across a variety of industry segments. In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of credit professionals within the Mid Corporate Portfolio Management functional area with a focus on delivering moderately to highly complex credit and risk products or services to Mid Corporate clients, stakeholders and internal partners associated with the functionIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Mid Corporate Portfolio Management functional areaLead Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management teams by making strategic decisions to resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations to meet deliverablesProvide leadership support, resource management, and tools to appropriately adhere to a range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to high complexity across a large, diversified portfolioCollaborate with and influence Mid Corporate Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers, as well as interact directly with external customersManage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Mid-Corporate Portfolio ManagementDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyRequired Qualifications:
8+ years of Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management or leadership experience
