Mid-Career Systems Engineer

Boeing Brazil is seeking a Mid-Career Systems Engineer, reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager working out of the Sao Jose Dos Campos office. The Mid-Career Systems Engineer will join the Systems Engineering team will work on Product Development in several different programs.
                                                                                                                               

Position Responsibilities:

•    Experience in  Systems Engineering activities to develop Aircraft Systems.
•    Conduct and perform Requirements Validation and Verification.
•    Apply systems engineering principles.
•    Drive continual improvement in solutions sets to Development and Derivative Programs

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.Must have a degree in Engineering.Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

Experience in Systems Engineering activities to develop Aircraft Systems.Model Based Systems Engineering and Model Based Engineering application and toolsets (such as MATLAB Simulink, SCADE, Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.).Experience in Systems development.Experience with ARP-4754 and ARP-4761.Regulatory/Certification Experience (FAA/EASA Interaction, Regulation Compliance, Certification Plan, Issue Papers/CRI, ETOPS).Testing Experience (Flight Test, Ground Tests, Test Procedures and Analysis, Configuration Control and Conformity).

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil.
