The role:

As an Accountant, you will help drive our goals by:

· Performing day-to-day procedures according to process flow, timeline, service, and quality requirements

· Preparing monthly, yearly reports

· Preparing balance sheet reconciliations

· Intercompany reconciliation process overview

· Journal entry review

· Performing month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and reported on time

· Participating in the annual financial audit process

· Ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations

· Reviewing, improving, and optimizing accounting processes

· Contributing to and driving other projects related to accounting

· Other ad-hoc tasks

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

· Experience in a similar industry in a record-to-report/general accounting role for more than 4 years

· Strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial reporting practices.

· Business-oriented mindset and a keen interest in the field.

· Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

· Knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and workflow technology.

· Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management

· Attention to details, responsibility, flexibility, result oriented, analytical, good communication skills.

· Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
