Microsoft Security Consultant Full Time | Location: San Jose, Costa Rica | Hybrid Model Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Microsoft Security Consultant to lead the delivery of security-focused workshops and implementation projects. This role will work directly with clients to assess, design, and implement Microsoft security technologies including Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, and MFA. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, project delivery experience, and excels in customer engagement to ensure high satisfaction (CSAT). Key Responsibilities: Lead customer-facing workshops to assess security needs and define solution roadmaps. Design, implement, and support Microsoft security solutions including Entra (Azure AD), Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
