The role
We’re seeking a passionate and credible Security Sales Specialist to drive strategic customer engagements around Microsoft’s Security portfolio. This role is focused on helping enterprise clients protect their digital assets, manage risk, and comply with regulations using Microsoft’s end-to-end security solutions. This is a client-facing, field sales role.
Drive sales of Microsoft’s Security solutions including: Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office 365), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Data Governance), Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management), Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)Develop and execute territory/account plans aligned with customer prioritiesLead customer conversations around data modernization, analytics strategy, and AI adoptionCollaborate with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partners to co-sell and deliver valueManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiationStay current on Microsoft’s evolving security offerings and industry trendsWhat we need to see from you
5+ years in enterprise technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud securityStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and compliance requirementsMust have knowledge of Microsoft’s Security stack and Zero Trust architectureProven success in consultative selling to CISOs, security architects, and compliance leadersProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to translate technical capabilities into business outcomesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem is a plus
