Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer for a 3-month temporary engagement with one of our clients. This role is critical in supporting end-of-year surge efforts, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite—especially Power Automate. The developer will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other development teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. Compensation: $65/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements 3–5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer Strong experience in Model-Driven and Canvas-based PowerApps and Power Automate Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, components, and capabilities Proficient in Power Automate expressions, Power Apps formula language (PowerFx), DAX, and SQL Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration techniques, and RESTful APIs Experience creating visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
