Acting as a technical leader, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. In this role, you will also manage and coordinate international project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices. Key responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design, Technical Leadership & Development, Client Engagement & Requirements Management, Team Coordination & Project Delivery **Required technical and professional expertise** • Design and architect comprehensive Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) that integrate seamlessly with external systems and enterprise applications • Provide hands-on expertise in Power Automate development, including complex workflows and cloud flows • Design and implement model-driven applications with advanced customization and configuration • Deep understanding of dataflows, data integration patterns, and ETL processes • Solid knowledge of API integration, REST/SOAP services, and middleware solutions • Proven team leadership experience, including managing remote and international development teamsCreate up to 5 bullets max **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate) • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
