Short Description: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Lead
Location : Brisbane, Australia
Salary:
AUD 150,742- 171,215 ( Annual Gross)
Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:Interact with business functional users and business stakeholders to understand business requirementsCreate Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria when requiredDo a Fit/ Gap analysis of the business requirements and propose solution for the identified gapsPrepare wireframes, process flows/maps and presentations around system designCreate functional solution design to address business, interface, and performance requirementsConfigure D365 CRM product based on requirementsConduct end-user and admin training sessions, show and tell sessions and provide tailored demonstrations of the technology solutionReview of Functional test cases based on acceptance criteriaServe as clients' main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirement
Skill / Competencies
ESSENTIALExperience as a functional lead on end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementationsExperience on preparing process flows using Visio, PowerPoint, or any other tool.Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security modelHands-on experience in D365 CRM product configurations
PREFERRED
Experience in User Training and ShowcasesExperience in working in Agile projects and using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOpsExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and ability to initiate conversations proactively
