The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

A skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer is needed to join a dynamic team.  This role is crucial for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, focusing on enhancing customer relationship management capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and other team members to understand requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure the CRM system meets organizational needs effectively. 

What You Will Do:

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (including configuration, customization, and development) to address specific business needs.

Customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring solutions align with best practices.

Configure and maintain standard workflows, business process flows, and other automated processes within the CRM system.

Develop plugins, JavaScript, and other custom code to extend Dynamics 365 functionality, only utilizing custom code when platform capabilities are insufficient.

Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other internal or external systems using APIs, web services (REST/ODATA, SOAP), or other relevant technologies.

Create and modify existing custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various departments; experience with embedding PowerBI dashboards and reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Dynamics 365 CRM system and its customizations, ensuring optimal performance.

Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and document solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.

Adhere to best practices for Dynamics 365 development, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and scalable.

Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and business users as needed. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

A relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and architecture.

Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and development, including entities, workflows, business process flows, forms, views, and dashboards.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development tools and technologies such as C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, XrmToolBox, Plug-in Registration Tool, and Ribbon Workbench.

Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM integrations using APIs, web services, or other relevant integration platforms.

Experience with

Azure DevOps for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and code management - specifically Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales module.

Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).

Experience with GCC High tenant environment.

Experience with Power Automate connectors for system integrations.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.

Location: REMOTE

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
