Document and communicate results appropriately. + Participate in white-boarding sessions and impact analysis and explore methods and tools to improve the overall development process. + Assist with providing estimates on assigned tasks. + Learn new client information quickly, and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems. **To qualify for the role you must have** + Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Engineering) or related field + 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft Power Platform (experience with Microsoft Power Portal a strong plus) + Extensive experience with C# preferred + Familiar with relational databases + HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience is a plus + Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks. projects and priorities + Enjoy working at an entrepreneurial company + Highly motivated and dependable + Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills + Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions + Up to 30% out-of-town travel required for this job **Ideally, you’ll also have** + Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics desired; master’s degree in one of these areas preferred + Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred **What we look for** We’re interested in passionate leaders with a strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the Digital and Emerging Technology space. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
