What You Will Be Doing at ArrowAs an Inside Sales Representative for Microsoft / ArrowSphere (Italian Speaking), you will focus on driving cloud adoption across the Italian market. You’ll support partners with the onboarding process, cloud product guidance, quote preparation, and post-sales care via our ArrowSphere platform.
Key responsibilities include:Supporting Italian-speaking partners through their Microsoft Cloud journey, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and other vendor solutions via ArrowSphere.
Managing customer queries, building quotes, and processing cloud subscriptions.
Assisting partners in navigating and maximizing the ArrowSphere platform.
Promoting renewals, upselling additional cloud services, and identifying growth opportunities.
Providing training on Microsoft cloud offerings and ArrowSphere tools.
Collaborating with the Cloud Sales, Vendor, and Technical teams to ensure partner success.
Staying updated on Microsoft CSP program changes and helping partners stay compliant.
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused sales professional fluent in Italian, with a strong interest in cloud technologies and digital platforms.
Requirements:1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or channel/cloud support.
Working knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, M365) and CSP programs is a strong plus.
Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) — mandatory.
Good level of English is a plus, but not required.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Able to work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales platforms.
