Job Description Overview: Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to support a strategic initiative focused on documentation, training, and enablement around Microsoft Copilot and Power BI. This role will play a key part in driving user adoption, creating clear and effective documentation, and delivering impactful training sessions across the organization. Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation for -Microsoft 365 tools, with a focus on Copilot and Power BI. -Design and deliver training sessions (virtual or in-person) to technical and non-technical users. -Collaborate with internal teams to understand workflows and tailor enablement materials accordingly. -Support change management efforts related to Microsoft 365 adoption. -Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging Copilot and Power BI in day-to-day operations. Skills and Requirements -5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including Power BI and Copilot. -Strong background in technical writing and user training. -Experience with agile environments and digital transformation initiatives. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. -Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power BI, M365 Fundamentals, --Copilot-related credentials).
