Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business requirements. * Integration: Work closely with business analysts and project managers to integrate Business Central with other systems and applications. * Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Business Central implementations. * Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations. * Testing: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions. * Training: Provide support to end-users and other team members on Business Central functionalities and customizations. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in AL language, Visual Studio Code, and other relevant development tools. Experience with integration tools and techniques. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote and international team environment. * Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Project Management: Experience in managing or participating in international rollout projects is a plus. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, and Office 365. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. * Knowledge of global business processes and regulatory requirements. * Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certifications.
