The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Micosoft 365 Analyst SoftwareOne We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Microsoft 365 Analyst to manage and support the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Purview. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in M365 environments, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to support both technical and business stakeholders, particularly in regulated or high-demand environments such as financial institutions. This role is essential for maintaining the operational excellence, governance, and security of the M365 ecosystem, while also driving usage, adoption, and compliance across platforms. Key Responsibilities: General M365 Administration Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions (via Entra ID / Azure AD) Escalate support cases to Microsoft and track resolutions Monitor tenant health, report incidents, and manage changes Generate and analyze activity and usage reports Define backup and recovery strategies for inactive or critical sites Microsoft Teams Manage Teams structure: users, teams, channels Apply meeting, messaging, app, and device policies Use Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) to troubleshoot call and meeting issues Manage apps and configure Teams/Chat policies Review and report on activity, recordings, and call metrics SharePoint Online Create and manage sites, site collections, and hub sites Define permission structures by department/project What we need to see from you Systems Engineer (or similar) with 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration Hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and hybrid identity models Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online Proficient in governance, retention, compliance, and DLP policy enforcement Solid understanding of Power Platform, Power BI, and Purview (M365 Compliance) Skilled in user, group, and permission management across platforms Familiarity with capacity, availability, and security management in Microsoft 365 Experience managing external sharing, tenant settings, and licensing strategies Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (including phone/email support) Ability to interact confidently with enterprise clients such as Bancolombia Negotiation and stakeholder management abilities Analytical thinking to understand user needs and propose optimal solutions Technical leadership and mentorship capabilities Team-oriented, adaptable, and client-focused mindset Comfortable working in regulated and high-availability environments Recommended Certifications: Microsoft MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Microsoft MS-203: Messaging Administrator Microsoft MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals ITIL V3 or V4: For IT Service Management alignment Other relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus __________________________________________________________________________________________ Why should you join?
