**Job Title: Assembly Operator** Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented assembly operator to join our team, focusing on small parts assembly in a cleanroom environment. This role involves working with medical devices or comparable products, utilizing a microscope for precise assembly work. The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible, comfortable with product development changes rather than repetitive manufacturing tasks. Responsibilities + Assemble small parts using a microscope. + Work in a cleanroom environment following GMP standards. + Collaborate with engineers to enhance product development. + Perform mechanical assembly and quality inspection. + Adhere to SOPs and documentation required for FDA submissions. Essential Skills + Proficiency in using a microscope for assembly tasks. + Experience with cleanroom procedures and standards. + Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical assembly. + Knowledge of medical device assembly and quality inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with packaging and kitting processes. + Understanding of cleanroom regulations. + Experience with SOPs and FDA documentation. + Ability to work with small parts, tweezers, and hand tools. Work Environment You will work in a cleanroom environment with a standard 9-5pm shift schedule, with flexibility for an 8am start if needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
