Duties and responsibilities related to theMICE SalesManagerrole
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with all customers to provide profitable and efficient account management
Use reports, local knowledge, competitive analysis and networking skills to find new opportunities for the hotel
Attract revenue in line with our business strategy and budget
Implement agreed Sales Action Plans related to their market areas
To follow up on all potential sales leads
Carefully plan sales calls into defined objectives
Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent product knowledge of the hotels
About You
You havepreviousexperience in a sales management role within the premium hospitality segment, ideally within a hotel environment. With excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, you take a proactive approach toidentifyingopportunities and driving revenue growth. Professional, adaptable, and client-focused, you excel at building long-term business relationships while aligning with overall businessobjectives.
