The Job Role
\nAs Luxury Leisure MICE Sales Manager, you will manage the Luxury Leisure business for Conrad Dublin and to recommend and manage strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
\n\nManage and drive the Consortia and luxury leisure segment with a focus on the Americas \nRepresent the hotel at sales events and client appointments with frequent travel required to the US and surrounding area but could also involve other destinations globally. \nNourish and maintain strong customer and client relationships with luxury travel advisors and agents.\nAnalysis of market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.\nDevelop customer accounts and travel within the segment to drive more than the fair share of business into the hotel and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.\nNegotiate room rates/packages with leisure and corporate clients\nWork within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities\nCooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs\nProduce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads\nAnswer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner\nFlexible working hours and opportunity to work from home as needed based on business needs. \n\n\n
