Role Overview

As a MICE Account Director, you will lead the strategic development and execution of the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) segment for the hotel. Your role is critical in driving revenue growth, building long-term relationships with key accounts, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for large-scale events. You will oversee high-value accounts, negotiate major contracts, and ensure our MICE segment thrives to hit ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth

Develop and implement the hotel’s MICE strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Identify new market opportunities and create initiatives to maximize revenue across all MICE segments.Prepare performance reports for senior leadership.

Account Management

Manage and grow relationships with high-value corporate clients, event agencies, and strategic partners.Negotiate large-scale contracts ensuring profitability and compliance.Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Market Representation

Represent the hotel at major trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.Build brand awareness and strengthen the hotel’s positioning in the global MICE market.

Collaboration

Work closely with operations, F&B, and GCE to ensure site visits, events and FAM trips are seamless.Align sales strategies with marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and bookings.

KPIs

Segment revenue growth.Client retention and satisfaction scores.Achievement of annual sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5–8 years in hospitality sales with strong MICE experience.Proven track record in strategic account management and revenue growth.Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies.Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of global MICE trends and digital event solutions.Experience managing large-scale events and complex contracts.Familiarity with CRM systems and revenue forecasting tools.
