\n\nDHL Currently has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor for our MIA HUB Location . In this role you’ll train and develop the facility service/maintenance staff and follow guidelines developed by the Facility Manager on maintaining the facility, MHE (Material-Handling Equipment).
\n\nThe position reports to Facility Maintenance Manager.
\n\nKey Accountabilities
\n\n\n\tOversee and supervises daily facility and site maintenance and services by providing clear and effective direction to the team, developing team members, and meeting established department goals and commitments\n\tInstallation/diagnostics of variable frequency drives\n\tExperience with electrical and mechanical equipment in an industrial environment\n\tPrioritize, coordinate, and assign general and preventive maintenance activities among team members\n\tImplement preventive maintenance programs and maintains documentation accordingly.\n\tPrepare daily reports and ad-hoc analysis as required by the management/leadership team\n\tComply and trains team members on all company and department policies and procedures including safety, cleanliness, LP and code of ethics\n\tPromote positive customer service image by encouraging team members to be visible and helpful\n\tManage department storage space, maintains a clean and orderly department and makes recommendations for needed changes\nSkills & Qualifications
\n\n\n\tHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED)\n\tMHE Technician Experience 3-4 years\n\tPrior electrical controls trouble shooting experience\n\tUnderstanding of PLC logic and familiar with control systems. (Pyramid)\n\tExperience working with MHE systems in a preventive maintenance capacity\n\t4-5 years of experience in a distribution facility environment\n\tPrevious supervisory experience preferred\n\tMechanical: Pneumatics/compressors, Hydraulics, Bearings, Gears, Seals, Gearboxes, Sheaves, Pulleys, Belts, Pumps/Blowers\n\tElectrical: PLCs, VFDs, Relay Logic\n\n\nLANGUAGE: Fluent English – Fluency reading, speaking, and comprehension. Mandatory compliance tests will be given in English. All tests must be passed in order to be eligible for this position

\n\nTRAVEL: Less than 15%
