**Job Description**
Scheduling pickups and outbound shipments both in NH and elsewhere using Ryder, the Government Freight Management (GFM) system or by submitting / monitoring Shipping Instruction Requests. (SIR)
Assist programs at various locations with questions / options relative to their shipments
Ability to build and maintain relationships with our customers, along with the members of DCMA and other government agencies we interact with
Work with a positive can-do attitude
Consistently provide solutions for our customers and update them with clear, organized, professional, detailed communications related to current status and next steps
Generate BOL s, labels and associated shipping documentation
Possess a working knowledge of the DD250 process and where it intersects with the Traffic Admin role
Sort / Scan and organize our document repository
Work in Oracle to close shipping records
Monitor and update Milpack program in department
TCN Number generation
Report applicable documentation to DCMA Transportation as needed
Monitor and abide by DCMA s ever-evolving rules and regulations
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
HS orequivalent
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and successfully put those instructions into practice.
Oracle / SAP experience preferred.
Govt / Military packaging and transport experience a plus
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $54220 - $86752
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
