As a Manager Relationship Manager in Regional Banking division, you will play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of strong client relationships across a defined portfolio. Working closely with Senior Relationship Managers, you will assist in delivering tailored financial solutions, driving client satisfaction, and supporting growth within the commercial and retail banking segments. This role provides a strong foundation for a future career in relationship management and offers hands-on exposure to client engagement, credit analysis, and banking operations.

Responsibilities:

Support Senior Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of business and individual clients.Assist in the preparation of client presentations, credit memos, and other documentation for lending and financial service proposals.Respond to routine client inquiries, resolve service issues, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Participate in client meetings and calls, document meeting notes and track follow-ups and action items.Monitor account activity to identify opportunities and risks; escalate concerns to the appropriate internal teams.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including credit, compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reporting in CRM and banking systems.Stay informed of banking products, industry trends, and local market conditions to provide meaningful insights and support to clients

Educations, Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or a client-facing role preferred.Strong interest in relationship management and commercial banking.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and service-driven approach to client support.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $145,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
