JOB SUMMARY
Demonstrates leadership in achieving ongoing quality, productivity, and efficiency through:

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program.
Experience: 5 years of experience in Rehab Services preferred. 3 years of experience in supervisory/management preferred. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
Licensure: Virginia State Therapy License or Compact Privilege.
