Schedule is: Full time, Weekdays. M-F, 8a-5p
As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals. This will be the nursing leader of a Pediatric department
Essential Functions of the Role
You'll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.You'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing. Your role will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.Accountable for supportive work environment for nursing team.Emphasizes top-notch nursing practices and ensures safe space for patients, families, and staff.Key Success Factors

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursingHave a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field2-3 years of management experienceAre licensed as Registered NursesMust already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
