MGR II SUPPLY CHAIN Posting Start Date: 1/22/26 **Sr Manager, Supply Chain** **Key responsibilities:** 1. Challenge existing logistic solutions to find the best options that will bring higher value for our customers and for our company. Drive Kaizen projects on Freight Saving opportunities. including but not limited to transportation mode optimization; vendor freight control. 1. Map materials flow at the Plants and propose solution to rationalize warehouse space while optimizing LT to customers and cost reduction. 1. Partner with Supply Chain team (Planning, Procurement, Shipping) to implement milk run with key vendors, review packaging solution, product labeling, frequency of delivery, certain days, FTL, LTL leading to savings and efficiency improvement. 1. Work closely with Sales and Product management team to understand market evolution and propose optimal logistic solutions including review of MoQ, customer consignment hub model. 1. Partner with Global Logistics and Sales/Customer Care on DC Network design and implementation. Opportunity on a central hub in South Asia serving DND plants and TEHK distribution. 1. Lead the effort in TEOA Supply Chain to attain Star level qualification in both process compliance & refinement and KPI improvement. 1. Participate in the Smart Digital Operation strategy and IT roadmap development lead by CS Segment Operations & IT VP. 1. Participate in Corporate strategic project like SAP/Hana migration and Next Generation Data Analytics. **Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:** + Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Business Administration, Business Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. + At least 10 years of solid experience in related discipline; a solid contributor and in a managerial capacity. + Ability and desire to navigate an ambiguous space and be able to judge and execute on priorities. + Project leader skills and natural ability to influence people; effective communication and partnership within and outside of Operations. + Solid experience driving Cost Reduction, Processing Re-engineering and Data Analytics strategies & implementation a must. + Experience with SAP highly desirable. + Exposure to TE processes and structures would be a benefit. + Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation Job Description: **Job Overview** Develops and monitors the organization's supply chain strategy and collaborates with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards. **Job Requirements** + Tracking and controlling supply chain KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring necessary proactive measures are taken to close gaps to meet the budget. + Maintaining stable and sustainable collaboration with external vendors to ensure sufficient replenishment of raw materials and facilities while remaining within budget requirements. + Overseeing the performance of managers and teams.
