Manages the buying strategies and supplier negotiations, monitors and implements strategies related to supplier relationships.

Job Requirements Creating a supplier sourcing strategy to align with the product portfolio and the roadmap strategy and driving the attainment of relevant key performance indicators. Managing the supplier performance, monitoring the supplier classification,   driving new supplier development, and continuous cost improvement with appropriate tools. Identifying supplier risks, mitigating them, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to support the negotiation strategies, and recommending best practices. Monitoring the risk assessments for new and old suppliers, reviewing and planning capabilities of the suppliers to avoid constraints and shortages. What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
