Job Description: **Job Overview** Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the supply of materials is in place to satisfy production requirements and delivers efficient, effective, and flexible solutions to meet production requirements. **Job Requirements** Planning and Budgeting Follow up process to develop budget and ensure plan can be completed Policies and Procedures (i)Follow up global procedure to develop local procedure/process to provide working guidelines and direction for the dept (ii)Lead team to optimize the dept process. procedure. Setup WI for major material activity, to simplify and standardized the operation People Management and Development (i)Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; (ii)Set up suitable and aggressive target for team, review and provide timely feedback to direct reports regarding their performance; (iii)Mentor, develop and motivate team; help resolve people/functional issues to achieve targeted team performance and retain key talent. KPI Driving (i)Opportunities finding through data analysis for STR, LT, PDR, inventory failure, initial and drive action execution to enhance KPI; (iI)Keep driving make-to-order mode to prevent material excess and production stop, set up reasonable and dynamic safety stock to keep STR fulfilment and PDR elimination, (iii)Drive MOQ and LT reduction to shorten LT, control RM, GIT, WIP and FG stock to meet net inventory target to achieve DOH and ITO goal Planning (i)Manage GDC fcst and BP, draft master plan for whole plant including HC plan, OT plan, shifts plan, materials planning; (ii)Monitor order process and production planning to make sure make-to-order flow execution; draft BP base on materials availability to make sure no interruption for production line; (iii)Enhance production planning execution and solve 4M issues with MFG in order to achieve foot rate; (iv)Arrange suitable life transfer plan to eliminate efficiency loss during line change Communication and service (i)Act as window between sales/CCP/DC and factory, track the trend of orders and inform from sales/CCP/DC/master planning to make BP priority to reflect market demand fluctuation; (ii)Maintain relationship with customers including feedback collection, con-calls preparation and organization, complaints solving during delivery in order to meet customers' requirement.
