Job Description: **Job Overview** Analyzes and develops logistics plans to control the movement of commodities from storage to distribution and to ensure the smooth running of operations. **Job Requirements** Main Target Summary Logistics manager focusing on data analysis, process improvement team management and stakeholder management to meet annual global freight management goal. Tasks Summary & Responsibilities • Lead a team to meet global freight goals including freight per sales, freight invoice data quality, process efficiency and productivity projects in a global organization. • Collaborate with key stakeholders proactively. Understand their business requirements and focus. Define the plan and action to further support key stakeholders’ requirements. • Employee engagement and talent development Requirements for a typical Job Holder / Applicant (not the actual incumbent at TE) • Bachelor’s Degree or above • 10 years’ relevant experience in freight management, supply chain cost management.
