MGR I FACILITIES At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** Manages all aspects of operation and maintenance of multiple/large physical facilities **Job Requirements** Building Services Management • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of campus offices. • Execute and implement facility management policies/processes to ensure 100% compliance with Corporate Standards. Monitor and ensure the process runs as designed and continuously improve the process. • Execute and implement EHS and security policies/processes throughout campus to ensure 100% compliance with EHS and security requirements. • Review service contract and monitor bidding process. Guide and supervise out-sourced contractor performance and deliver quality service to customers. • Cooperation with landlord on building services • Maintain and update all admin & support related documents and records. • Support TEOA implementation for campus offices. • Organize or coordinate Admin related activities, meetings, and trainings. • Other tasks assigned by leader. Financial Supports • Expenses/budget tracking, analysis and reporting. • Drive team for productivity. Space and Project Management • Lead management level communication for cross BU activities and projects at Shanghai Campus. • Monitor space status for Shanghai Campus. Align with local BUs on space assignment and HC forecast.
