Job Requirements Ensuring that the key performance indicators are met and providing inputs support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team. Planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. Overseeing the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products and leading the department's advancement and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives.
