A minimum of 18 years’ experience in IT, including a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a people manager and 10+ years in delivering software products and services in modern technologies at scaleMinimum 5+ experience in API management and Integration space, delivering quality APIs and reusable integration solutions8+ years’ experience working in Agile/Scrum model5+ years’ experience with DevOpsExperience with incident management and problem management, driving operational excellence and meeting all SLAsExperience with a wide variety of continuous integration and source control toolsProven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancementsKnowledge of API security including OIDC and OAuth2.0 conceptsExperience with designing APIs as products and building API-led architecturesExperience in building APIs for B2B, B2C product solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders
