Are you ready to play a crucial role in transforming the Self-Service Products and Platforms (SSPP) team at Spectrum into a multi-disciplinary, outcome-focused organization? As the Self-Service Platforms Manager, you will deliver software solutions within the SSPP and lead the Omni Team towards greater autonomy. In this role, you will develop a high-performing organization by fostering an iterative and continuously improving environment at Spectrum.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Leverage knowledge and understanding of the Angular 2+ framework in order to guide and evaluate technical decisions related to an Angular applicationProvide written guidance to the Strategy & Operations team for reporting, forecasting and budgeting cyclesCreate routine communications for executive consumption regarding roadmap delivery, platform/feature quality and team performanceDevelop and operationalize a communication plan that ensures alignment with internal and externalResponsible for the technical execution and final decisions for all software solutions created (includes product definition, user experience and information architecture, software architecture, software design, testing, automation, analytics and instrumentation)Responsible for the quality and performance of all software solutions createdDevelop an organization that supports outcome delivery, resolving technical debt, responding to production issues, improving quality, and investing in speed and team autonomy partner with internal and external organizations to receive input and to build alignment on technical execution of solutionsActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Design or Technical field such as engineering or computer science or relevant work experienceExperience3+ years of technical and/or product management experience 2+ years of experience leading complex projectsSkillsDemonstrated in-depth problem resolution techniques, ability to find solutionsDemonstrated in-depth presentation tool skills, including MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively, verbal and written, for internal and external customersAbility to analyze, interpret and present dataAbility to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressureAbility to develop, communicate and implement strategies and tacticsAbility to manage and deliver against several initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to supervise and motivate othersAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyPreferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
