**About the Role**
We are looking for a linchpin in our Container aftermarket and service organization. We need a professional who is responsible for making significant improvements of processes, systems, and products to enhance performance of the operations, work-area, and team. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and explore/utilize data to and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Interest and knowledge in a wide range of subjects is needed, including material planning, customer service, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, digital & ERP, finance, marketing, and operations.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
+ Works together with internal stakeholders in various disciplines including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials, finance, and Marketing to ensure continuous flow of (daily) operations.
+ Leads and manages a team of professionals in customer service, warranty, and operations – ensuring the team is coached, trained, and inspired so they can deliver best in class customer service.
+ Consults on business issues of moderate to high complexity to support the achievement of operational results.
+ Drives cost reduction and improvement activities to ensure that materials management and logistics deployment are efficient and cost effective.
+ Spearheads tracking of appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
+ Sets guidelines to ensure quality and inventory controls are in place to meet quality standards and schedules.
+ Leads in the development of material planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.
+ Analyzes and leads in the development of new technologies to improve materials planning, operational efficiencies, Sales support, and customer satisfaction. (project management)
+ Collaborates with product development leaders and sales and marketing leaders to develop demand forecasts, parts availability, and product marketing.
+ Leads in the development of indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term market trends and demand. (supporting the sales team to focusing on sales opportunities)
+ Leads materials and inventory audits to ensure availability of materials.
+ Prepares and manages departmental budgets to ensure cost effectiveness.
+ Analyzes Sales Date to support sales manager
+ Spearheads the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.
+ Spearheads the development of process improvements in various aftermarket and service disciplines, ensuring best in class customer service.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor Degree
+ 5+ years of experience in an analytical, data driven role
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Multi-tasking
+ Excel, PowerBI, processing data, come up with trends
+ Shipping. Logistics, warehousing

Pay Range:
$94,500.00-$165,000.00
