Responsible for end-to-end development of annual CMS Medicare Part D member materials. This position will have accountability for managing, writing, and revising materials with internal partners. You will have an understanding of our coding technology while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery to production partners. This is an individual contributor role with client facing components. Fundamental components of the job: + Proofreading and editing both CMS required and custom documents. + Management of project plan dates to ensure timeline delivery and completion of tasks in accordance with project and CMS timelines + Work with clients and leadership as needed to educate on materials process and review documents to ensure client intent is captured + Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization + Collaborates with teammates & internal partners with other functional business areas to ensure all workflow processes are completed and remain on track + Collaboratively works with internal partners to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments. + Collaborate with teammates to drive process improvements and enhancements and implement new ideas that supports and improves the team **Required Qualifications** Two or more years of experience in one or more of the following ways: + Experience developing, managing, and/or reviewing documents for Medicare plans + Experience managing multiple projects with competing due dates and keeping track of deliverables + Editing and/or proofreading experience + Understanding of CMS annual materials and marketing guidelines and Medicare Part D **Preferred Qualifications** + Understanding of CMS annual materials and marketing guidelines and Medicare Part D + Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail/accuracy + Capable of crafting and well-structured high-quality documents using Adobe and Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) **Education** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
