Are you ready to implement corporate IT initiatives that align with Spectrum’s strategy and goals? As a Manager, IT, you will establish IT standards and policies, manage the development and acquisition of new technologies, and direct the deployment of new technological directions to enhance the company’s internal operations and data delivery. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

Oversee a department of the IT functional area. Implement IT plans according to the IT and corporate strategy. Manage the maintenance and enhancement of hardware and software systems that support field business applications and local area network/wide area networks (LAN/WAN) for employees. Manage IT employees to ensure uninterrupted IT network support at maximum performance. Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies and procedures. Be accountable for respective budgets.

Required Qualifications 

Education
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience Experience
3+ years of IT work experience 1+ years of project management experience Skills
Read, write, and speak the English language Demonstrate basic computer skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel Understand computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures, and techniques Lead others and provide constructive feedback Exhibit interpersonal skills and work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders Organize resources and establish priorities Learn and support new systems and applications Collaborate with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations Possess knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area Display a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Multi-task and handle changing priorities proactively in a fast-paced environment to maximize time management and efficiencies Distill complex technical information into clear, concise, yet comprehensive communication material
