The opportunity:
The Manager of Visual Design reports to the Director, Visual Design and Brand Identity and is based out of the Atlanta, Georgia. This role will work with our Internal and External Comms and functional partners to create innovative, engaging assets for their specific needs – from templates, flyers, intranet assets, digital signage and training materials, to presentation development and event/campaign/initiative assets. This person will manage the intake, creation and execution of content and ensure alignment with overarching corporate messaging and visual identity. They will be responsible for managing relationships with various stakeholders ranging from internal subject matter experts, multimedia specialists and a large network of external partners.

Conceptualize, design, manage and produce graphic design solutions for both print and digital for our internal communications and other functional teams. Update existing presentations and collateral, design new ones, create branded assets/templates for internal campaigns and initiativesManage the intake, conceptualization, creation and execution of innovative, engaging designs. Collaborate with writers to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned projectsParticipate or lead project briefings and creative brainstorming meetingsManage multiple projects within specific deadline and creative parametersBe a problem solver with a positive, can-do attitudeManage relationships with various stakeholders ranging from internal subject matter experts, multimedia specialists and a large network of external partners.View the project holistically ensuring alignment with overarching corporate messaging and brand. Maintain brand identity standards and visual style consistency. Ability to take creative direction while working as a group or independentlyNavigate creative parameters and demanding deadlines, while seeking ways to improve processes and quality of output within functional areasMust have exceptional visual graphic design skills and creative thinkingHave a high level of attention to detail, be well organized, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProvide hands-on, solution-oriented approaches to various internal business needs Must have a team-first mentality, positive attitude and has a passion for creative craftsmanshipProficient with digital design software including: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and FigmaHighly professional interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to be resourceful and solve problems
