We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our finance team in a dynamic multinational environment. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting with an active CRC license, has strong command of English, and brings hands-on experience with ERP systems. Additional language skills and postgraduate education are considered valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with internal controls and corporate standards.Prepare and validate financial statements in accordance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal policies.Assist with internal audits by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax filings in line with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Tax, FP&A, Controlling, Treasury) and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and process consistency.Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using ERP functionalities and reporting tools.Participate in finance-related projects involving cash flow visibility, payment automation, and system integration in partnership with treasury and IT teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accountingActive registration with CRC (Conselho Regional de Contabilidade)3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational or large corporate environmentHands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Advanced English – both written and spoken in a business contextAdvanced in Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI or other reporting platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldSpanish language skills – considered a plusKnowledge of intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and statutory accounting
