**Overview** **Master Halco: Fence & Deck Supply** , North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking a **Manufacturing Specialist 1** willing to complete training, if necessary, to become a **wire draw machine operator** at our plant working Second Shift (Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 2am). This position will work under limited supervision operating moderately complex equipment in the continuous-operation manufacturing of strand wire into woven chain link fence. We are always looking for people with the drive to learn and determination to succeed.** **Responsibilities** + Sets up wire drawing machine with correct tooling and sizes, retrieving coils of rod to continually feed machine with material + Monitors machine performance, correcting minor problems such as wire breaks, tangles, and size fluctuations.
