Master Halco, Fencing and Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence, deck, and perimeter security products is seeking an experienced Manufacturing (MFG) Production Control Supervisor who will oversee production planning and scheduling.
Position Summary:
The MFG Production Control Supervisor role plays a key role in overseeing production planning and scheduling, inventory management, and administrative support. This is an essential position in the manufacturing process and focuses on managing production to optimize the use of resources.

Create daily and weekly machine production schedules based on operational needs and prioritiesCollaborate with the Plant Manager and Superintendent to track production progress and address issuesCompile and maintain production records to perform data analysis and drive process improvementsCommunicate with customers and sales teams regarding pricing, lead times, and order statusWork closely with production leads to maintain workflow efficiencyPartner with production and management to ensure any concerns related to production flow are addressedServes as a liaison with customers, sales, manufacturing and upper management to ensure timely production flowsMonitor product quality and ensure any concerns are addressedAssist with inventory counts, to include reconciling discrepanciesSupport inbound and outbound logistics, including paperwork, truck coordination, communication with drivers and staff, and other related dutiesMonitor inventory of facility consumable supplies and reorder as neededCreate purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory and purchasing recordsAnswer incoming phone calls and assist visitors, as neededSupport the Plant Manager with special projects and process improvements QualificationsRequired Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in a manufacturing and/or production environmentDemonstrated experience in production scheduling preferred
Required Skills / Abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)Ability to learn and use ERP systems (INFOR experience a plus)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse team membersBilingual in Spanish is a plusHighly reliable, organized, and detail-orientedMotivated to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities over time
