Job Requirements Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes to increase efficiency; consulting on and overseeing the selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line. Resolving complex issues on design, manufacturability and build sequences; ensures production environment standards are met. Designing and implementing processes for manufacturing equipment selection; identifying optimal tools for machines.
