ENTRY LEVEL Manufacturing Assembly Associate

Job Description

In this role, you will utilize various hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wire cutters, and crimpers, to assemble electrical box units of varying sizes. Your tasks will include pulling wires and installing doors.

Responsibilities

Use hand and power tools for assembly, including screwdrivers, wire crimpers, and cutters.Assemble mechanical components and electrical box units.Pull wires and install doors on assemblies.Stand, bend, stoop, and reach as needed during assembly tasks.Lift up to 50lbs consistently during assembly processes.

Essential Skills

Proficiency with hand and power tools.Mechanical aptitude and assembly skills.Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.Experience in assembling items such as furniture, computers, cars, or appliances.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production experience.On-the-job assembly experience.

The position is based in a lean manufacturing environment that is clean and organized. You will work in a bright, fairly quiet space, with occasional exposure to a paint-like smell in certain areas. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
