Job Description
The role of a Sales Manager is one that demands utmost professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric approach. The Sales Manager commands the respect and trust of those customers who are entrusting their and their families financial futures to them.The role calls for formal in-house training and continuous development. The completion of the prescribed Regulatory exams are preferred but not compulsory as this role sits a a non-advice giving environment.

Manage a team of teleconsultants, in line with the clients’ financial goals and business objectives, to enable positive financial futures and protection of assets and estate.
To develop, support and manage the teleconsultants to be competent and confident to drive sales in a compliant, disciplined and professional manner.
Responsible for distribution strategy of products within a branch/team
Identifies & creates coordinated sales opportunities through others
Manages sales & expense budget for a sales team in a branch against set targets
As a Sales Manager you will be accountable for maintaining superior service delivery to your customers, through effective personal time and task management.
Requirements:Grade 12
Minimum of 12 months sales management experience
Experience having worked in a sales call centre
RE5 an advantage
A clear criminal and credit check
Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
