The MFC Retentions Consultant will be responsible for contacting clients who have opened new risk policies with the Direct Marketing contact
centre that have upcoming debit order dates.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Confirming the life assured details, deduction dates and banking details with the client and rectifying details where required with the client's permission
Providing product information to clients should they require more clarity on policies taken up or any other products provided within RMM (Retail Mass Market)
Ensure a debi-check drive for the business by ensuring that all active clients that have been contacted have received and accepted all pure mandates
Daily reporting of dials, mandates issued, promises to pay and any cancellations they have done for the day
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Minimum 12 months outbound call centre sales experience within the insurance industry
Previous retentions/conservation experience required
Clear credit and criminal records
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
