Leads engineering project team(s) or serves as primary technical lead on engineering project(s) for new or core products or processes + Product and system integration focus + First role leading a matrix project team or as lead engineer + Creates solutions to diverse and difficult engineering problems + Devises tests and oversees product acceptance + Reviews the technical work of others + Presents technical product and/or system capabilities or proposals to customers + Works and communicates with potential vendors, academic professionals, marketing, customers, governmental agencies, and other technology providers + B.S.
