We are looking for a Sales Engineer for the Fluid Connectors Division, responsible for providing technical and commercial support to customers, distributors, and OEMs in the assigned region. This role is key in executing Parker’s sales strategy by combining engineering knowledge with consultative sales skills to drive growth in industrial and mobile applications.

+ Develop and execute the sales plan for the assigned territory.
+ Achieve and exceed sales, margin, and growth objectives.
+ Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, OEMs, and integrators.
+ Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and mobile applications.
+ Provide technical and commercial support to customers on fluid connector solutions.
+ Coordinate technical trainings and product promotions.
+ Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing in the territory.
+ Report sales results, forecasts, and pipeline to the Div Sales Manager
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
+ Experience: 5–7 years in B2B technical sales within hydraulics, pneumatics, metal-mechanics, or manufacturing industries.
+ Languages: Intermediate–Advanced English.
+ Knowledge of fluid connectors products is highly desirable.
+ Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and territory management.
+ Strong results orientation and target achievement.
+ Effective negotiation and objection handling.
+ Clear and persuasive communication.
+ Strategic market thinking and business vision.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with technical and support teams.
