We have an exciting opening for a Import Export Compliance Coordianator in Toluca, México. The **Import & Export Compliance Coordinator** is responsible for coordinating and supervising all transportation and logistics operations (first mile, last mile, and international), ensuring on ‑ time, cost ‑ effective delivery while complying with all applicable regulations. This role plays a key part in guaranteeing customer satisfaction through efficient shipment planning, execution, and compliance with import/export requirements. We believe that our team members are our greatest asset and that fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture is essential to our success.. + Your Main Responsibilities + Plan and coordinate domestic and international transportation activities (first and last mile), ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. + Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers and logistics service providers. + Monitor and track shipments, ensuring proper status visibility and timely updates in tracking systems. + Ensure full compliance with all applicable transportation, customs, and trade regulations and laws. + Resolve any transportation issues or delays, implementing effective corrective actions to minimize impact on delivery performance. + Continuously analyze and optimize routes, shipping methods, and logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. + Prepare management reports on delivery performance, transportation costs, and key logistics KPIs. + Maintain effective communication with customers, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. + Manage and administer invoice processing and payment for carriers and logistics providers. + Send and control all documentation required by customs brokers for import and export clearance. + Manage CCP (Complemento Carta Porte) processes and coordinate with internal areas to ensure updated SAT codes and item weights in the master data. + Maintain 100% control of air, ocean, and road waybills, intercompany charges (CASS), and direct provider charges. + Ensure 100% positioning of transportation units at customs locations for import operations (ocean, road, and air). + Prepare and request international freight quotes for machinery and equipment (Door ‑ to ‑ Door). + Review and manage non ‑ tariff regulations and restrictions (RRNA) with the corresponding providers to ensure correct customs clearance. We are looking for a talent with + Education : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. + Professional certifications in Logistics and Transportation are a strong plus. + Experience : - Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or traffic roles, preferably in an international environment. + Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts with carriers and logistics service providers. + Solid knowledge of national and international transportation regulations and customs processes. + Experience working with customs brokers and import/export documentation. + Skills & Competencies + Advanced English (written and spoken) is required. + Strong organizational and planning skills. + Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast ‑ changing environments. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. + trong attention to detail and problem ‑ solving orientation. + Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with transportation management and tracking systems. + Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross ‑ functional teams and drive continuous improvement in logistics and compliance processes. + Parker is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
