Job Profile Summary

Regulatory guidelines for financial institutions have increased the requirements and responsibilities associated with outsourcing services to affiliates and third parties. Service Governance Data Management Specialists, who report to the Content Management and Reporting Head, will be responsible for the design, development, and production of periodic and ad-hoc Management Information around Legal Entity Governance, Service Level metrics, KPIs, KRIs, Operational Resiliency and Control to support Enterprise COO Objectives and Key Results.

Job Description

Functional expertise is required for collecting analyzing and presenting enterprise data to support decision making, improve key areas and track performance metrics. This role also involves the development of golden data sources, dashboards, automating reporting processes and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, teamwork and adaptability as the reporting and analytics needs evolve.

Major Duties

Gather, validate and consolidate data from various sources to support the design, development and production of periodic and ad-hoc Management Information around Legal Entity Governance, Service Level metrics, KPIs, KRIs, Operational Resiliency and Control to support Enterprise COO Objectives and Key Results.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and key insightsCreate and manage regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power Bi etc.Automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support developmentSupport ad-hoc data requests and special analytics projectsAs subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.May lead direct interaction with committees and/or Senior ManagementExperience of data analysis including data mapping would be an added advantage

Knowledge

Confident with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.Strong understanding of data analytics and related tools including but not limited to Power BI, ServiceNow, Fusion, Coupa.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsEffective communication skills for presenting complex dataKnowledge of industry specific reporting standards or complianceFamiliarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization toolsAccuracy and attention to detail imperative.In-depth Functional / Financial Industry Knowledge is requiredHighly flexible and adaptable to change.Prior experience in delivering Risk/Regulatory reporting for a financial services organization linked to BASEL III, MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank etc. would be an added advantage.

Experience

Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 14+ years and /or equivalent experience

Eligibility for Internal partners

3 years as a Team Leader to move as a Section Manager currently at an Officer level. 24 months as a Consultant to move as a Senior Consultant. Movement within Senior Consultant and Section Manager is applicable if they have prior 36 months of people management experience.
