This team is deeply involved in hands-on production activities, including welding, machining, and CNC processes. You’ll collaborate closely with the Method Department and other engineering professionals to optimize manufacturing processes and support daily operations. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the Industrial Manufacturing division, you will contribute to the development and implementation of production standards and technical documentation. You will support the Method Department in creating work instructions, designing simple welding jigs, and improving production processes. Your work will directly impact on the efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations, and you’ll have the opportunity to propose and implement your own ideas for improvement. This role reports to the Method Department Lead and involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams. **What do we want to know from you?** + You have completed a minimum of 4 semesters at a Technical University in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Management and Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. + You can read and interpret technical drawings. + You are proficient in MS Office. + You have a communicative level of English and fluent Polish language skills. + You are independent in organizing and executing tasks. + You work well in a team and demonstrate strong cooperation skills. + You are accurate and detail oriented. + Experience with 3D design in Inventor (solid, assembly, drawing) is a plus. **What will your typical day look like?** + Supporting the Method Department in daily tasks. + Creating and implementing work instructions. + Designing simple welding jigs based on technical drawing requirements. + Working in the ERP system. + Preparing working standards. + Identifying and implementing production improvements. **This is a 9-month internship opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic and proactive manufacturing environment.** Legal authorization to work in European Union is required.
