Airswift is seeking a Metering Specialist to work on an outsourced contract, in Rio de Janeiro, with a major Oil & Gas Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a role model for safety, diversity, and inclusion.?
Develop and upkeep Fiscal Metering Management System documents, such as work process, guidelines, procedures and checklists to drive efficiency and compliance
Develop and implement digital tools to improve efficiency and execution of Metering related activities onshore and offshore
Be part of or lead Metering incident and equipment failure investigation groups identifying root causes and proposing mitigation and improvement actions
Planning, performing and follow up of internal and external audits on the offshore units, as necessary
Provide training on Metering management system, procedures and tools.
The position requires close collaboration with other professionals both onshore and offshore
Participate in professional networks and safeguard experience transfer within the discipline

JOB QUALIFICATIONS


Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Advanced English - Required
Certification as Lead Auditor
Knowledge of standards:
Extensive experience in implementing ISO 10012 (Measurement Management Systems)
 Proven track record in implementing digital measurement systems
Solid knowledge of ANP Fiscal Measurement Regulations and metrology principles
Practical experience with ISO 17025 (General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories)
Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with national and international standards and regulations, including RTM, NBR, ISO, and API MPMS
 Analytical skills: Competence in incident analysis and investigation methodologies
 Technical skills: Strong proficiency in computer systems and software tools relevant to the industry
