What You Will Do:
Conduct chemical analysis on powder and solid materials to ensure material meets customer requirements.
Typical Duties Essential Functions with limited training/supervision guidance:
Perform equipment set up and sample preparationTroubleshoot all issues associated with sample prep, establish trainingplans and verify training effectivenessPlans and verifies training effectivenessPerform analysis on a wide variety of materials where methods andtechniques have been established, and assist in establishing methods ortechniques when requiredAccept or reject material based on specificationsOrganize, report, and maintain records of analysisEnter test results into various databasesAudit quality records to ensure adherence to quality system requirementsProvides guidance, coaching and training to employees in the job area,with demonstrated ability to escalate those items that are outside ofexperienceProven ability to adhere to work requirements and can pivot team indirection of business need.Perform Continuous Improvement initiativesMay be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scopeand skill level of this position in support of department objectives and todevelop one’s skillsAdhere to CORE guidelines and perform CORE duties as requiredAdhere to all EH & S guidelines, including wearing of required personalprotective equipmentQualifications You Must Have:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The pay range is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
